Returns Policy

 

Returns excepted within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.

What you will need to process your return:

  • Your name, tracking # & item name to look up your return

 

  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse your return won’t be accepted
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • We are not liable for undeliverable returned package shipping cost in the event customer provides wrong or incomplete address. 

Any items returned that fall outside our store policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, Midnight Vamp/Dead Posey will no longer be able to accept your returns.
